Need to reserve the clubhouse?
To reserve the clubhouse or grounds for a function please complete and submit the form below. After the House Captain approves your request, he/she will add it to the official club calendar. You will get an email confirmation your event was approved or denied. All reservations MUST go through the House Captain and you must be a member in good standing to reserve. It is your responsibility to leave the house and grounds clean and orderly. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning fee. Private parties must provide their own paper goods, utensils, plastic cups, and other consumables. A LYSA member must be present with guests at all times. Amplified music (bands or DJs only) must have prior LYSA Board approval and require a sound permit available through Merced County Parks and Recreation for a fee. Confirmation of a permit must be submitted to the House Captain prior to the event.
